Though I know it is a made-up holiday it does celebrate one of the greatest joys in life. I am fortunate enough to have a supportive, loving mother who I adore and now, two mother-in-laws who enhance my life. My problem is the "males" in my life don't quite feel the same as I do about this "holiday"--so--I celebrate anyway-- Marsha My view on Mother’s Day is a little different than yours. LOVED the school art projects more than anything! This morning, the 21 year old and 19 year old outdid themselves. Arriving late last night (after i was out), they were busy and creative - and managed to trash my kitchen for a "party"... streamers, balloons.... No finer gift than a chance to play again! Happy Mothers Day - i share your ‘minimal’ approach to the ‘holiday’. LOVED the school art projects more than anything!
